Our blend of three dedicated conference rooms offer the ideal location for corporate conferences, business and networking events. The conference rooms come equipped with portable multimedia projection facilities and are provided as standard with all business stationery required to support your successful business meeting. Room rates and facilities are below.

The Copeland Room
Seating a maximum of 30 in a horseshoe configuration or 25 in boardroom style.

The Boardroom
Seating a maximum of 12, boardroom configuration only.

The Lakeland Room
Seating a maximum of 12, boardroom configuration only.

The cancellation policy for all conference bookings is five working days prior to arrival. Full payment is required on the day.

Conference Rates and Facilities

  • Our full day delegate rate is £32.50 each per day. This includes:
    • Room hire for the full day
    • Equipment for the room (maximum of one data projector, screen and one flipchart)
    • Wi-Fi access
    • Bottled water
    • 3 servings of tea and coffee with biscuits throughout the day
    • A lunch of sandwiches and chips
  • Our half day delegate rate is £23.50 each per day. This includes:
    • Room hire for half a day
    • Equipment for the room (maximum of one data projector, screen and one flipchart)
    • Wi-Fi access
    • Bottled water
    • 2 servings of tea and coffee with biscuits
    • A lunch of sandwiches and chips
  • We also offer a three-hour delegate rate of £10.50 per delegate. This includes:
    • Room hire for up to 3 hours
    • Equipment for the room (maximum of one data projector, screen and one flipchart)
    • Wi-Fi access
    • Bottled water
    • tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival.
    Additional equipment, e.g. conference phone, additional flipchart etc is available at a supplementary charge of £10.00 per item
  • Private Dining is available with a room hire cost of £100.00
  • Ensuite B&B for corporate guests is available at a rate of £91.50 pppn based on single occupancy
